T-Therapeutics announced an oversubscribed $133 million Series B on November 5, 2026, to move two experimental TCR-CD3 bispecific programs toward clinical testing.
The round was co-led by Advent Life Sciences and the British Business Bank. New participants included Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson Innovation–JJDC, Samsara BioCapital and M-Ventures; existing investors also participated.
The programs address two different goals:
an oncology candidate for solid tumors and an immunology candidate intended to selectively remove harmful immune cells involved in chronic inflammation and autoimmune disease.
Both programs use the company’s OpTiMus platform to find fully human T-cell receptors that can recognize intracellular targets, then pair them with a CD3-binding component to direct T cells against target cells.
The company says the proceeds will support clinical entry and proof-of-concept work. The programs remain early-stage; specific targets, trial timelines and clinical results have not been disclosed.
