On October 15, 2026, NorthStar announced a strategic partnership with Beijing-based Quarkmed, which will act as NorthStar’s registration agent in China.
The arrangement is intended to help drug developers include NorthStar’s no-carrier-added actinium-225 (Ac-225) in Investigational New Drug applications submitted to China’s Center for Drug Evaluation.
NorthStar plans to provide translated, eCTD-compliant technical and regulatory dossiers to support those filings and streamline submissions.
NorthStar says it is preparing to support multiple customer applications in China. The partnership could broaden access to its commercial-scale Ac-225 for clinical development of targeted alpha therapies.
