At EANM 2026, ITM and its oncology division Lumara Bio reported a Phase 3 COMPETE-trial analysis linking higher cumulative tumor radiation dose from investigational ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide (ITM-11) with stronger responses in Grade 1 or 2 gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs).
Among 106 evaluable patients who received four treatment cycles, objective response rates were 12% in the lowest tumor-dose quartile and 64% in the highest. Three complete responses occurred in patients whose cumulative tumor dose exceeded 86.1 Gy.
The company also highlighted investigator-led early-pipeline research involving Ga-DPI-4452 for clear-cell renal cell carcinoma, Tb-DOTA-LM3, and non-carrier-added ¹⁷⁷Lu-TTM, spanning imaging and therapeutic approaches.
The results were presented at the European Association of Nuclear Medicine congress in Vienna, held October 17–21, 2026. The dose-response analysis shows an association, not proof that increasing dose causes better outcomes.
