Iambic Therapeutics priced its IPO at $16 a share, selling 9.375 million shares and raising $150 million in gross proceeds. Its Nasdaq listing trades under the ticker IAM; the underwriters also have an option to buy up to 1.406 million additional shares.
The AI-focused biotech plans to direct about $75 million toward IAM1363, its experimental HER2 inhibitor, now in Phase 1 testing for advanced HER2-altered solid tumors. The company aims to advance the program into later-stage studies, subject to trial results and regulatory feedback.
Iambic has earmarked about $15 million each for IAM217, a KIF18A inhibitor being developed for ovarian, triple-negative breast and other solid tumors, and IAM-C1, a dual CDK2/4 inhibitor aimed at breast and CCNE1-amplified cancers.
The IPO proceeds are intended to advance the company’s oncology pipeline and support operations. These candidates are investigational; their safety and effectiveness have not been established.
