On Oct. 30, 2026, Aspen Neuroscience priced its IPO at $15 per share, raising about $140.6 million before expenses. The company sold 9.375 million shares, pricing at the bottom of its proposed $15–$17 range. Its Nasdaq ticker is ASPE.
Aspen plans to use the proceeds to advance clinical testing of sasineprocel, an experimental, one-time cell therapy for Parkinson’s disease being studied in a Phase 1/2a trial.
Bambusa Therapeutics raised about $168.9 million in its upsized IPO, selling roughly 10.6 million shares at $16 each. Its shares began trading on Nasdaq under BBTX.
Bambusa expects to use IPO proceeds to develop BBT001, an early-stage bispecific antibody targeting inflammatory pathways, with potential applications in dermatitis and other inflammatory skin diseases.
The two offerings add to a strong run of biotech IPOs. Aspen priced below the midpoint of its original range, while Bambusa increased the size of its offering.
