Aspen Neuroscience and Bambusa Therapeutics filed IPO registration documents with the SEC on October 9, 2026. Neither had yet announced the number of shares or final offering price.
Aspen’s lead program, sasineprocel (ANPD001), is an experimental personalized cell therapy for Parkinson’s. It is made by reprogramming a patient’s own skin cells into cells that develop into neurons for implantation in the brain. Aspen plans to use IPO proceeds to continue its Phase 1/2a study and prepare a Phase 3 trial.
Aspen also expects to advance autologous microglia cell-replacement programs for leukodystrophies, with human studies targeted for the second half of 2027.
Bambusa is developing long-acting bispecific antibodies for inflammatory diseases. Its lead candidate, BBT001, targets IL-4Rα and IL-31; proposed IPO funding would support its development, including a planned Phase 2b study in atopic dermatitis.
Bambusa also plans to progress BBT002, which targets IL-4/13 and IL-5 and is being studied for conditions including COPD. The two proposed listings add to a busy stretch for biotech IPOs.
