Travere CEO Eric Dube to Step Down

Travere Therapeutics CEO Eric Dube plans to step down as president, CEO and a board member on December 1, 2026, after nearly eight years leading the rare-disease biotech. He cited a desire to focus on his health and family.

Dube will remain with Travere as an executive adviser through February 15, 2027, to support the leadership transition. He said he does not expect to take another full-time operating role.

Bradley L. Campbell, formerly CEO of Amicus Therapeutics, will succeed Dube as Travere’s president and CEO and join the company’s board. Campbell helped lead Amicus before its acquisition by BioMarin.

During Dube’s tenure, Travere rebranded and launched Filspari, the first approved treatment for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a rare kidney disease.

Roche has proposed former Takeda Pharmaceuticals CEO Christophe Weber for election to its board at the company’s annual meeting on March 9, 2027.

Roche Chairman Severin Schwan said Weber’s healthcare-industry knowledge and leadership experience would strengthen the board. Weber retired as Takeda CEO in June 2026 after leading the company through an R&D transformation and the integration of Shire.
