Stipple Bio is developing targeted cancer medicines with its Pointillist platform, which maps tumor-specific cell-surface epitopes—precise molecular features that may help distinguish cancer cells from healthy tissue.
The company emerged from stealth in April 2026 with an oversubscribed $100 million Series A. It said the funding would support early clinical studies of lead candidate STP-100 and further pipeline development.
In June 2026, Stipple Bio announced a multi-target licensing agreement with Lonza to use its antibody-drug conjugate technology platform, including in work related to STP-100.
