Iambic Therapeutics filed for a U.S. IPO on Sept. 21, 2026, aiming to list on Nasdaq under the ticker IAM.
The AI-driven oncology biotech says it will use IPO proceeds to advance three cancer programs, led by IAM1363, with IAM217 and IAM-C1 also in development.
The company’s pitch is being bolstered by a string of Big Pharma collaborations, including a fresh multi-year AbbVie partnership announced the same day as the filing.
Earlier partnerships include Takeda’s multiyear deal worth up to $1.7 billion, plus agreements or collaborations with Lundbeck, Revolution Medicines, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, and others.
Iambic is also backed by major investors including Nvidia and Qatar Investment Authority, and has raised about $461.8 million to date.
