Healthcare Triangle joins Kanzun-ARCB fund to connect Malaysian healthcare companies with U.S. markets

Healthcare Triangle (Nasdaq:
HCTI) announced on September 17, 2026, that it has joined the Kanzun-ARCB Growth Fund as its U.S. technology and capital-markets partner.

The initiative is designed to create a Malaysia-to-U.S. investment corridor, linking Malaysian healthcare companies with Middle Eastern capital and potential access to U.S. capital markets.

ARCB Investment will lead capital formation through its Middle Eastern and Asian investor network, while Kanzun Ventures Management will source deals, conduct due diligence, value opportunities and develop Malaysian portfolios.

HCTI will support eligible companies with artificial intelligence, cloud, data and digital-infrastructure capabilities, as well as technology transformation and preparation for possible U.S. market expansion.

The fund is expected to focus on healthcare services, aesthetics and wellness, medical devices and distribution, health technology and AI-based solutions.

The announcement follows a memorandum of understanding signed in Kuala Lumpur. The parties said potential investments and acquisitions will undergo financial, legal and operational due diligence before final agreements.
