Definium Therapeutics reported another positive Phase 3 readout for its LSD-based drug DT120 in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
The Panorama trial reportedly met its primary and key secondary endpoints, with the 100 mcg dose improving HAM-A scores by 9.8 points versus 4.7 points for placebo, for a 5.1-point placebo-adjusted benefit.
Benefits were seen early and held through 12 weeks; the company said the drug was generally well tolerated with no drug-related serious adverse events or suicidality signal.
This follows an earlier Phase 3 anxiety win and a prior Phase 3 success in major depressive disorder, giving DT120 three positive late-stage readouts overall.
Definium said it is aiming for a pre-NDA/FDA discussion later in 2026 and a potential U.S. filing in 2027.
