Bristol Myers Squibb plans to cut 265 more jobs in New Jersey, bringing its announced layoffs in the state this year to more than 700.
The latest round was disclosed in a WARN notice filed with New Jersey labor officials and is tied to the company’s Princeton/Lawrenceville headquarters area.
The layoffs are expected to take effect between December 2026 and May 2027.
The latest notice follows earlier New Jersey cuts announced this year, including 247 jobs in February and 206 in April.
The company’s ongoing restructuring is part of a broader $2 billion cost-cutting plan through the end of 2027.
