Ayble Health Raises $16 Million to Expand Virtual GI Care

Ayble Health announced a $16 million oversubscribed Series A round on September 16, 2026.

The funding was led by Neon, with participation from Unum Ventures, Upfront Ventures, M13, Cleveland Clinic Ventures, DigiTx, Accomplice, and strategic investors.

The round brings Ayble’s total capital raised to more than $27 million.

Ayble plans to use the funding to expand its AI-enabled, multidisciplinary virtual gastrointestinal clinic, improve personalized care and patient engagement, and enter adjacent areas such as autoimmune health.

The Boston-based company combines clinicians, nutrition support, behavioral care, and AI-driven digestive-health insights for people with chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
