WHOOP announced on August 18, 2026, that its Advanced Labs service is now available to anyone in the United States, without requiring a WHOOP wearable or membership.
The service, powered by Quest Diagnostics, offers clinician-ordered and reviewed blood testing for cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory health. Tests start at about $150 and are available at nearly 2,000 Quest locations.
WHOOP added Galleri, GRAIL’s multi-cancer early-detection blood test. It costs roughly $800 and is designed to identify signals associated with more than 50 cancer types from a single blood draw.
Galleri is not a diagnostic test and does not replace recommended cancer screenings. A positive signal requires follow-up testing with a healthcare professional.
The move broadens WHOOP’s strategy from a wearable-focused company toward a wider health-services platform, including users of Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, or no wearable at all.
