Definium Hits Another Phase 3 Homerun with Psychedelic Sea Change for Anxiety

Definium Therapeutics' LSD-based therapy DT120 ODT has achieved positive Phase 3 results in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD), marking its second major Phase 3 success following earlier depression trial win.

In the 214-patient Voyage trial for GAD, DT120 reduced anxiety symptoms on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) by 11.6 points at week 12 versus 6.2 for placebo, yielding a placebo-adjusted 5.4-point improvement considered a 'sea change' for treatment prospects.

A second Phase 3 anxiety study, Panorama, is expected to read out soon and may support regulatory filings for DT120 as a single-dose, clinic-based psychedelic therapy for anxiety and depression without adjunctive psychotherapy.

Definium's pipeline includes additional Phase 3 trials in PTSD (Haven) and expanded MDD research (Ascend), positioning the company as a leader in psychedelic-derived brain health treatments.
