AbCellera has announced a $200 million public offering of common shares and pre-funded warrants, significantly boosting its capital to fund internal pipeline development and corporate needs.

InduPro closed a $77 million Series B financing led by The Column Group, with participation from Vida Ventures, MRL Ventures, Emerson Collective, Euclidean Capital, Solasta Ventures, Sanofi, and Eli Lilly, to advance its lead oncology program IDP-001 and broader pipeline.

Silence Therapeutics completed a $175 million ADS offering at $13.50 per ADS, intending to use the proceeds to support clinical development of its siRNA candidates and general corporate purposes, extending its runway into 2029.

OKYO Pharma Appoints Flavio Mantelli, MD, PhD as Chief Medical Officer
