Yarrow begins trading as it advances Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease program

Yarrow Bioscience has completed a reverse merger with VYNE Therapeutics and its shares began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker YARW on July 28, 2026, as it advances YB-101, an anti-TSHR antibody targeting Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease.

The FDA has approved Otsuka Pharmaceutical's once-daily extended-release capsule SIMTRIYO (centanafadine), a first-in-class norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin reuptake inhibitor (NDSRI), for the treatment of ADHD in adults and pediatric patients aged 6 years and older weighing at least 20 kg; the drug is expected to launch later in 2026 after DEA scheduling.
