Veradermics Inc. (NYSE:
MANE) stock jumped 12.28% on July 15, 2026, closing at $123.70 after the company reported positive topline results from an open-label Phase 2 trial of its oral hair loss drug VDPHL01 in women with mild-to-moderate female pattern hair loss.
VDPHL01 is an extended-release oral minoxidil tablet being developed as a potential first FDA-approved oral treatment for female pattern hair loss, addressing a large unmet need in an estimated 30 million women in the U.S.
The positive Phase 2 data (Study '207') build on earlier successful Phase 2/3 results in men and support Veradermics’ broader pivotal programme, including a Phase 2/3 registrational trial (Study '306') in women that began enrolling over 500 participants in the U.S.
