Sanofi has offered marketing commitments to the European Commission to address antitrust concerns over its flu vaccine campaign.
The EU probe centers on allegations that Sanofi disparaged rival CSL Seqirus's Fluad vaccine while promoting its own Efluelda shot in France and Germany.
Sanofi's proposed pledges include public statements and marketing restrictions until March 2030, and third parties have until August 21, 2026, to comment on them.
