Samsung has launched a beta version of Samsung Health Assistant, an AI-powered personal health assistant integrated into the Samsung Health app for eligible U.S. users.
The assistant analyzes health data across five pillars—sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vitals—and generates a personalized Energy Score along with actionable wellness recommendations.
It does not provide medical advice or diagnoses but instead helps users interpret their health data and encourages proactive lifestyle changes.
The assistant is powered in part by Samsung's Personal Data Engine, which can tailor suggestions based on a user's calendar and daily routines.
Samsung emphasizes that all recommendations are validated by physicians and certified health coaches, and the assistant works with data from Galaxy Watches, Galaxy Rings, and Galaxy smartphones.
