Legend Biotech CEO Ying Huang has stepped down after seven years at the company, with his resignation effective July 24, 2026.
Alan Bash, president of the CARVYKTI business unit, has been named interim CEO while the company searches for a permanent successor.
Huang will remain as an advisor through August to support the leadership transition, and the company stated his resignation was not due to any disagreement over operations, policies, or financial reporting.
