Insilico Medicine and Bora Pharmaceuticals announce a strategic alliance to build an AI-driven drug discovery and manufacturing platform.
The collaboration aims to combine Insilico's AI-native Pharma.AI platform with Bora's global development, manufacturing, and commercialization capabilities.
A new AI-driven CDMO platform will be established through a corporate venture capital model, incorporating three to five neurological-focused drug candidates from Insilico.
Bora may take a 20% to 30% equity stake in the future platform; the total potential value of the multi-target partnership exceeds $2.5 billion.
The alliance will use AI and automation to optimize pharmaceutical development, process optimization, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and quality systems, positioning Bora as a leader in AI-enabled pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
