Treeline to go public via reverse merger with Standard BioTools

Treeline Biosciences plans to go public by merging with Standard BioTools in an all‑stock reverse merger, with the combined company to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker TRLN in the second half of 2026.

The combined business will operate under the Treeline Biosciences name, retain Treeline’s clinical‑stage oncology pipeline, and have over $900 million in pro‑forma cash, providing a runway into 2029.

Standard BioTools shareholders will own about 16% of the combined company, while Treeline shareholders will hold roughly 84%; Standard is also exploring divestitures of its Mass Cytometry and Microfluidics businesses.
