Enterome presents Phase 1/2 iNHL interim data at EHA demonstrating durable OncoMimics-induced CD8 T cell responses and clinical activity
Enterome SA has presented new interim data from its ongoing Phase 1/2 SIDNEY study of EO2463 (an OncoMimics™ therapy) in patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL) at the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2026 Congress.
The data demonstrate that EO2463 consistently induces rapid and durable expansions of CD8 T cells against B-cell lineage markers, with specific CD8 T cells detectable up to 34 months after the last dose, and these expansions are significantly associated with clinical responses.
EO2463 showed clinical activity across treatment settings:
41% objective response rate (ORR) as monotherapy in watchful waiting patients, and 74% ORR with 61% complete response rate (CR) in combination with lenalidomide plus rituximab (R2), with durable responses (median duration of response 35.2 months).
The therapy continues to have a favorable tolerability profile, with EO2463-induced CD8 T-cell expansions serving as a potential predictive biomarker for response.
