Revolution Medicines' RAS(ON) inhibitor daraxonrasib has produced unprecedented survival benefits in previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer at ASCO26.
In the Phase III RASolute 302 trial, daraxonrasib doubled median overall survival (13.2 vs 6.7 months) and progression-free survival (7.2 vs 3.6 months) compared with standard second‑line chemotherapy.
The drug showed a 60% reduction in the risk of death (HR 0.40), worked regardless of RAS mutation status, had a manageable safety profile, and is being positioned as a new standard of care in second‑line metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
