Niowave's $75M radioisotope facility and CordenPharma–AmbioPharm deal in brief

Niowave has broken ground on a new $75 million production facility in Lansing, Michigan, to expand manufacturing of actinium-225 and other medical isotopes for next‑generation cancer therapies.

The second dedicated production site in Lansing will feature multiple proprietary superconducting linear accelerators and state‑of‑the‑art processing systems, aiming to significantly increase capacity for Ac‑225 to meet growing global demand.

The project will create approximately 70 high‑skilled jobs and is expected to become operational in 2028.

CordenPharma has announced the acquisition of AmbioPharm, a custom peptide synthesis provider, to expand its capacity in peptide and peptide‑conjugate drug manufacturing.
