Kelun‑Biotech to Present Two Registrational NSCLC Studies in Oral Session at ASCO 2026: ADC and RET Inhibitor Data in Metastatic NSCLC Patients

Kelun‑Biotech is presenting two registrational‑stage NSCLC trials in the ASCO 2026 oral session on Lung Cancer – Non‑Small Cell Metastatic:
a Phase III OptiTROP‑Lung05 trial of sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac‑TMT) plus pembrolizumab and a pivotal Phase II trial of the next‑generation RET inhibitor lunbotinib in RET‑fusion‑positive NSCLC.

The Phase III OptiTROP‑Lung05 study shows sac‑TMT plus pembrolizumab significantly improved progression‑free survival versus pembrolizumab alone in first‑line PD‑L1‑positive advanced NSCLC, with a positive trend in overall survival, and is already under priority review by China’s NMPA.

Lunbotinib’s pivotal Phase II data demonstrate promising efficacy and safety in heavily pretreated RET‑fusion‑positive advanced NSCLC, highlighting its potential as a next‑generation selective RET inhibitor.
