CellCentric Raises $220M Series D to Advance Inobrodib Through Pivotal Trials in Multiple Myeloma, Eyes IPO
CellCentric announced a $220M oversubscribed Series D financing led by Venrock, with participation from Fidelity, Sofinnova, HBM, RA Capital, Pfizer Ventures, and others.
Funds will support ongoing Phase 2 DOMMINO-1 trial (enrolling in UK/US) and Phase 3 DOMMINO-2 trial starting H2 2026, with Phase 2 data expected 2027 and Phase 3 in 2028.
Inobrodib is an oral first-in-class p300/CBP inhibitor for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), showing 2x higher response rates in combo with pomalidomide/dexamethasone vs. alternatives in heavily pretreated patients.
Total funding raised exceeds $400M, supporting operations to 2029; company nears $1B valuation and considers IPO in coming year.
