Rancho BioSciences formally appointed Amar Thyagarajan, PhD, as Chief Commercial Officer on April 14, 2026.
Dr. Thyagarajan leads global commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue growth for scientific data services.
He has over 20 years of experience, previously serving as CCO at Excelra, and in roles at Proteros BioStructures and Aragen Life Sciences.
The appointment supports scaling amid growing demand for AI-ready scientific data in life sciences.
Earlier in March 2025, Rancho appointed Luigi Gentile as CCO alongside other executives during Marc Ginsky's CEO appointment.
