Cityblock Health appointed Dr. Alexander Billioux, M.D., as Chief Health Officer on April 23, 2026, to lead clinical strategy and care operations.
Dr. Billioux previously served at UnitedHealthcare as Government Programs Chief Medical Officer, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMS), and the Louisiana Office of Public Health.
He brings expertise in clinical programs, population health, and social care for government programs.
This appointment advances Cityblock's technology-enabled care model for Medicaid and dually eligible beneficiaries.
A prior appointment of Dr. Kameron Matthews to the same role occurred in January 2022.
