Orion Corporation appointed Berkeley Vincent as Senior Vice President (Executive Vice President) of Innovative Medicines and member of the Executive Management Board, effective April 8, 2026.123

The appointment splits the previous combined role of R&D and Innovative Medicines; Outi Vaarala remains Head of Research and Development.1

Vincent, previously at Johnson & Johnson, will oversee global commercialization, P&L accountability, product launches, and partnerships, reporting to CEO Liisa Hurme.15
