agilon health appointed Tim O’Rourke as CEO and board member, effective May 7.
Tim O’Rourke succeeds Ronald A. Williams, who served as Executive Chairman since August 2025 and will continue as Chairman of the Board.
O’Rourke has over 25 years of experience in payor, provider, and value-based care, including roles at Help at Home and Humana.
The appointment follows operational and financial transformations at agilon health.
