The Swift Ray 1 is a portable, pocket-sized hyperspectral imaging device that attaches to smartphones, visualizing bacterial presence, thermal inflammation, infection signs, perfusion, and blood oxygen levels across all skin tones.
It uses long-wave infrared, near infrared, ultraviolet, and enhanced RGB imaging to enable earlier intervention, reduce complications, and improve wound healing outcomes.
The device integrates with Swift Medical's wound management software and EHRs, supporting clinical trials, remote monitoring, and point-of-care decisions in hospitals or homes.
Swift Medical unveiled the Swift Ray 1 on February 25 at a keynote event in Toronto and has been trusted by over 4,800 healthcare facilities.
