Høiland has served as a strategic adviser to the company since 2023 and brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
In this newly created role, he will shape corporate and pipeline strategy, prioritize internal programs, evaluate new opportunities, and support partnering efforts.
Previous roles include Global Commercial Officer at Ascendis Pharma, President and CEO of Radius Health, and executive positions at Novo Nordisk.
Rani Therapeutics develops the RaniPill capsule technology for oral delivery of biologics as an alternative to injections.
