Dexcom, Inc. (NASDAQ:
DXCM) appointed Rick Osterloh to its Board of Directors, effective February 26, 2026, expanding the board to 12 members.
Rick Osterloh is Senior Vice President of Platforms & Devices at Google, overseeing Android, Google Play, Chrome, Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit.
Osterloh will serve on the Compensation Committee and Technology Committee, with his term until the 2026 annual stockholder meeting.
He received restricted stock units valued at $500,000 vesting over three years and a pro-rated 2026 annual RSU award of $101,027.
Dexcom's CEO Jake Leach praised Osterloh's expertise in innovation and product development; Osterloh expressed enthusiasm for Dexcom's biosensing mission.
